CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY A 48 hour cancellation policy is in place for all appointments. Cancellations under 48 hours from the time of service will be charged 50% of your scheduled service to the card on file. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. NEW GUESTS All new guests must select “NEW GUEST Custom Color” for their initial visit. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. In case of rescheduling, your deposit may be transferred one time (permitting that the rescheduled appointment meets the above cancellation policy.) If your appointment is rescheduled a second time, your deposit will be forfeited.
